利二沟属于东营市城市水系基本骨架中的一段；设计时结合滨河的特点，打破原始地形缺乏变化的缺陷，通过树形和地形的组合，增加了空间景观层次，同时融入了城市的休闲功能，结合东营市湿地景观特点，提出“野草之美”的创意，营造出自然和谐的滨河景观

Li Er Gou area is a part of the city water supplying system. The design breaks the straight riverside by using trees and landscape spot, and adds the leisure function of the city, to expresses the nature and harmony of the riverside, and the beauty of the weeds.
