The Contribution to The Cases of Sale Office & the Prototype House, 2004

This book is an annual collection of the representative works in the real estate field, including those creative design work not finished. We focus on the professional design standard, construction quality and the application of the new materials and technologies, trying to capture the latest concept and the trend of the international real estate development. The book contains pictures with introduction text both in Chinese and English and is published annually. The editorial department will invite the relevant experts and designers to form the consultant committee, to issue the commendation letter to the qualified project and its designer. Companies and designers including those from overseas are welcome to contribute. The deadline for the contribution is the end of December, 2004

The House of Chinese Zen Style

Design Introduction:
Home is a relaxing natural island for president Lin,who is following the tralditional Chinese philosophy,Zen style. It is the most desirable hobby for him to strolling around the book world.
The space is devided into different parts,with Zen style and natural light, it forms a beautiful picture of a schoolar's home together with those modern Chinese furniture.

The Adivece from the designer：
Visual Sense: The decoration focuses on "Reading",for example:a ancient style jar with some rolles inside.
Sense of Hearing:To use Chinese folk music as the background music.
Sense of Smell: Sandalwood oil
Sense of Touch: Nature Black wood
