渣打银行台北分行贵宾理财中心 Standard Chardered Bank Taipei Branch 项目所在地: 台北 设计说明: Conceived as a "Priority Financial Center", serving primarily their VIP customers, our client wishes to transform the cool and rigid ambience of most banks into that of a gracious, high class financial "club" or "SPA", where banking procedures are supplemented by social activities to create a friendly, exciting and imaginative environment, a brand new banking concept. The project occupies the groud floor of a high-rise office building at the interior section of Dun-Hwa North Road and Ming Sun East Road, a prestigious location further enhanced by the tree-lined boulevard and fountain in front of the entry and a seven meter tall space within. The design is based on the traditional Chinese concept of "leading with water, holding of Chi, ever flowing, ever thriving, thus the designer installed a water curtain and stream in the lobby, with the moving water suggesting a easy flow of the "Chi" and reflecting a thriving business prospect for the bank. The main floor is composed of a bamboo flanked foyer, a landscaped lobby with lush planting and flowing water and a VIP lounge complete with live piano music, television/video corner and refreshment bar which serves a series of private conference rooms. A translucent glass partition and semi-porous curtain separates the lobby from the VIP lounge. Finish material consists of mostly stone and wood, all natural products which signifies the enclosed natural grass-cloth shade, providing unity and calm to the multi-faceted milien. The ultimate aim is to create a traditional yet novel space, tranquil yet cozy and exciting. |
